Dave has dedicated two decades to the law enforcement profession. He is a passionate advocate for reestablishing trust and rebuilding community and police relationships across the country. He also understands the difficulties that law enforcement face and the need for change regarding current training standards. He is committed to ensuring that these changes are made to ensure our law enforcement and citizens' safety. Dave started his LE career with the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, before serving in a federal capacity. He has instructed members from all military branches to include LE at the local, state, and federal levels in firearms and defensive tactics. He is a proud 22-year veteran of the USCG Reserves, where he continues to serve as a Chief Investigator. He holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice and M.A. in Public Policy and is a former FLEOA Agency President. Dave currently trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu out of Pittsburgh and is a self-described mediocre blue belt. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards and recognition for his actions in response to use of force and deadly force encounters, various LE operations, and national disasters.
Charles is an active member within the law enforcement profession and has dedicated 25 years of local and federal service. He is committed to police reform initiatives that focus on fostering trust and understanding of policing concepts within local communities throughout the nation.He brings valuable real-world experience to the discussion and is deeply committed to making positive change. He is a U.S. Army Desert Storm Veteran and possesses an M.S. in Human Relations and Business. He is a 2nd degree Black Belt in (Nidan) Judo, a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Japanese Jiu Jitsu. Charles is committed to police reform initiatives and brings an innovative approach ensuring that they become a reality.
Jeff has spent over a decade in law enforcement as a local and federal law enforcement officer. Jeff is an advocate for training within his own agency and at FLEOA. Jeff started his law enforcement career with the Houston Police Department and currently has over 10 years of experience in federal service. Jeff has dabbled in various martial arts and is an experienced law enforcement instructor. Jeff is committed to bringing innovation and technology to the 111 Project.
